Summer season: June/July – Cost (update coming soon)
Discounted price for entire 5 month season – (update coming soon)

What is the basic structure of the program?

This season will generally consist of bi-weekly practices and a combination of weekend tournaments and league play (summer season) depending on age level of team.  Practice schedule during summer will be reduced for teams that play 2 or more games per week in league play.  Expectations are that teams will play 35 – 50 games over the course of the program.  Some teams may choose travel to out-of-area tournaments (additional costs will be associated with these tournaments). Additional private and group training sessions will be made available to Hoya players at significantly discounted rates.

Where are the practice and game locations?

Practice location: (update for Eastbay and Peninsula locations coming soon)
Game locations: Weekend tournaments are at local bay area locations.  Summer league play will typically be at eastbay and peninsula locations.

What does the typical weekly schedule look like?

Spring League practice will be more of a skill development practice with most of the time and attention on fundamentals.  Once we get closer to games, we will add game strategy and plays.  Most of the plays taught are similar to the terms and plays used at the collegiate level.

Summer League will definitely focus on offensive and defensive game situation and strategy.

  1. Hello, my name is Thomas. I go to De La Salle High School. I’m a 5-10/140 Lbs. point guard. At DLS, I have a basketball commitment to participate in our greenline AAU team atleast till after my Junior season is complete. I have been approached by many local teams, but I am looking for a competitive team that goes to major exposure events/tounaments. I left you a link to some of last years highlights. Let me know if you think I would be a good addition to your AAU squad next Fall/Summer.
    Thanks, Thomas.
